This role is responsible for driving a culture of safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with operations leaders and field teams.The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on safety professional who is passionate about protecting employees, identifying risks before incidents occur, and creating sustainable safety programs. Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safely access active work environments while conducting inspections, audits, investigations, and training activities.Work also requires regular use of a computer and other office technology, including inputting, retrieving, and analyzing information within various software systems. Extended periods of sitting, computer use, and communication via phone or video conferencing may be required.**Compensation Range:**$90,000.00 - $135,000.00 *To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range.
