• Coach drivers and administer skills training.
• Supervise Driver Trainers and ensure certifications are current.
• Maintain driver training manuals and update for compliance.
• Prepare and deliver in-service safety training and curricula.
• Respond to incidents and manage accident reporting.
• Monitor safety data from GPS/telematics/video sources.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
