Qualifications

• 2+ years of transportation routing experience.
• Experience routing over-the-road and interstate deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and route optimization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Experience with trucking, parcel, retail distribution, or similar logistics operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily delivery routes for approximately 40 drivers.
• Optimize routing across VA, MD, DC, and DE.
• Monitor route efficiency and make adjustments as needed.
• Partner closely with transportation leadership and dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries.
