HDR is seeking a Transportation Roadway Intern in San Antonio, TX. This temporary, full-time role offers exposure to highway, bridge, and rail projects within HDR’s Transportation Business Group.

As an Intern, you will apply core engineering techniques, receive mentorship, and contribute to real-world infrastructure solutions while developing professional skills in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

In the role of Transportation Roadway Intern, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
