Job summary

Swift Transportation in Phoenix is seeking a Driver Recruiter to interview and hire qualified driver applicants to improve Driver retention and safety standards. You will screen candidates, gather complete applications, and explain facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and opportunities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00 Hourly + COMMISSION
