Swift Transportation is seeking a capable leader to oversee a fleet of 10+ drivers, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to schedules. You will actively manage driver availability, review profitability, and coach drivers for improvement while maintaining safety standards and high service levels.

The role emphasizes developing a skilled team, achieving cost targets, and driving overall profitability in a dynamic transportation environment.

• Maximize P/L for all assigned tractors and trailers.
• Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost targets.

Pay Range: $50,900.00 - $61,800.00 Annual

• Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
