Job summary

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking a Professional Engineer to join their Transportation Services Group as a Project Manager or Program Manager in Idaho Falls or Pocatello, ID.

The role focuses on project delivery, client relationships, and business development across multiple states, with flexible work arrangements considered. You will lead marketing efforts, develop scopes, schedules, and budgets, and guide teams including drafters and EITs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Current Idaho PE license or eligible via reciprocity within 6 months.
• 15+ years of Transportation Engineering experience.
• 10+ years licensed as a Professional Engineer.
• Experience with local public agencies and DOT projects.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in business development and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development for transportation projects.
• Develop scopes of work, schedules, contracts, and budgets.
• Lead proposal development and interviews for projects.
• Collaborate with drafters, EITs, and project engineers.
• Manage design and implementation of transportation infrastructure.
• Grow market share and mentor staff within the Transportation Services Group.
