Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage large land development projects in traffic engineering and planning.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on traffic impact studies, intersection and signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans.
• Obtain and analyze PennDOT HOP requirements and procedures.
• Prepare or modify reports, plans, schedules, and permits for projects.
• Represent the firm at municipal and PennDOT meetings.
