Job summary

M&J Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Transportation Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead its Texas transportation practice. This role focuses on managing complex highway and bridge projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring staff.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contribute to business development, and help build the transportation organization from the ground up, with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
• Experience managing transportation, bridge, roadway, drainage, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and successfully deliver projects.
• Experience level flexible based on qualifications, leadership capabilities, and business development experience.
• Bentley OpenRoads and MicroStation experience preferred.

Responsibilities
