Candidates must have a Civil Engineering degree, an EIT, and aim for a ND PE within 12 months. 3–6 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Civil 3D/OpenRoads are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in civil engineering with emphasis on transportation.
• EIT required; PE within 12 months or North Dakota PE license.
• 3–6 years in transportation or civil engineering design and consulting; proficiency in Civil 3D/OpenRoads.

Responsibilities

• Develop transportation plans and construction documents.
