Job Responsibilities
  • Manage transportation projects and oversee a design team in the development and delivery of plans, specifications, and estimates for FDOT and other clients
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Assist with business development efforts for new and existing clients such as FDOT and local agencies
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of all design documentation, reports, and calculations
  • Work with a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to efficiently deliver projects
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Registered PE in FL, or ability to obtain FL licensure within 60 days is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience working with Transportation projects
  • Experience with MicroStation OpenRoads Designer and other design software is a plus
  • Light to moderate travel - occasionally required to gather field data offsite
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions may be required
  • Ability to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed as the project schedule demands
