Job summary

Orion Placement in Wichita, KS seeks a seasoned municipal transportation engineer to lead projects from planning through construction. The role requires a PE license and 6+ years of experience, plus strong PM and client-relations skills.

You will develop scopes, schedules, budgets, mentor staff, coordinate with municipalities and contractors, prepare proposals, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-impact infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

  • PE license required.
  • 6+ years of municipal transportation engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills.
