Our Transportation Practice in Texas is growing. We are actively seeking a Project Manager to lead our design projects throughout the state!

Duties, Responsibilities & Other
  • 10+ years of experience in transportation engineering, planning, and design preferred.
  • Lead design teams for projects involving TxDOT, municipal, and county facilities, including drainage, traffic control, signage, pavement markings, intersections, pedestrian and bike facilities, bridges, and construction scheduling.
  • Manage and grow a design team, develop proposals, and oversee project delivery, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
  • Ensure projects meet state design standards and client requirements.
  • Utilize software such as OpenRoads, Microstation, and others; PE license required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
  • 7-12 years of professional experience.
  • Appropriate professional certification preferred.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background checks may be required.
Performance Expectations
  • Complete training, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and ensure project and safety compliance.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and team performance.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare designs, and oversee project documentation and reporting.
