Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a Transportation Engineering Lead to oversee delivery of roadway and DOT infrastructure projects and strengthen client relationships. You will drive project scope, budgets, and proposals while coordinating with design and planning teams.

In this leadership role, you will mentor staff, coordinate business development efforts, and ensure high-quality technical execution across projects. Idaho Falls location preferred.
