Job summary

TPD is recruiting engineers at all levels with a focus on land development and traffic planning in the Harrisburg area. The ideal candidate will bring project management experience and PE credentials to lead municipal and PennDOT-related work.

Responsibilities include coordinating large land development efforts, traffic studies, signal design, reporting, and stakeholder meetings with municipal bodies and PennDOT staff. A strong communication skillset and valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code.
• Experience testifying before municipal boards for land development.

• Serve as a representative at municipal meetings, hearings, and PennDOT staff meetings.
