Dewberry Engineers Incorporated is searching for a Transportation Project Manager in Denver, CO, to spearhead transportation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering and over 10 years of leadership experience in the transportation sector, being proficient in Civil 3D and MicroStation InRoads.

Dewberry is currently seeking a Transportation Project Manager in our Denver, CO office to lead our strategic growth initiative within the transportation market sector. This position offers expedited advancement into a Department Management role and will lead all transportation efforts in the Colorado market.
The successful candidate will possess strong market intelligence and leadership experience in the planning and design of state and local transportation infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, growing the transportation department, and managing all phases of transportation projects for public sector clients, including horizontal and vertical road alignments, drainage systems, storm water management, utility relocations, and contract documentation. The role may also engage Dewberry’s California market as part of the Western Region’s hub for transportation.
The position requires 10+ years of leadership experience in transportation engineering. The candidate must be flexible, technologically savvy, and client focused. Responsibilities include familiarizing with state and local design standards and coordinating with other disciplines as necessary.
