Job summary

Lochner in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead transportation project development from pursuit through final delivery. You will guide multidisciplinary design teams and ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality align with Lochner’s procedures.

You will serve as the primary client contact, support pursuits with technical approaches and staffing plans, and mentor staff while promoting a safe, high-quality project culture. Travel within Indiana is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of transportation project development experience.
• Experience in LaPorte and/or Crawfordsville District highly preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience on highway and/or bridge design projects.
• Strong working knowledge of INDOT policies and procedures.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel within Indiana as project and business development needs require.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for transportation projects development services, from pursuit through final delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality in accordance with Lochner’s project management procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact with project client and subconsultants.
• Support pursuits, including technical approach development, staffing plans, schedules.
• Mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Support client development and fostering relationships with existing and new clients.
• Promote Lochner’s culture of safety, quality, and integrity on all projects.
