Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a Transportation Project Engineer/Project Manager to lead design and management of transportation and natural resource projects, perform NEPA permitting, write reports, and coordinate with clients and contractors.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a Montana/Idaho/Washington PE license or ability to obtain within six months; primary locations Billings or Helena with Spokane and Great Falls as other sites.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related degree required.
• 5+ years of experience designing transportation or natural resource projects."
• PE license in Montana, Idaho, Washington or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design transportation and natural resource projects incl. NEPA permitting.
• Prepare engineering reports and construction documents; write specifications.
• Coordinate with agencies, clients, suppliers, and contractors; oversee projects to profitability.
