Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Current PE licensure in NV, OR, or ID or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and planning per local standards for alignment, roadway, drainage and signals.
• Model studies, hydraulic calculations, and plan development.
• Prepare Preliminary Engineering Reports and assist with bidding and construction administration.
• Mentor junior staff and engage in business development activities.
• Lead proposals, presentations, and other client-facing marketing documents.
