Qualifications

• Applied knowledge of DOT and FHWA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects for an agency program.
• Proactively monitor project performance including quality, schedule and budgets.
• Manage contracts and agreements with state and federal grant agencies.
