Job summary

ProTrans International LLC is seeking a Business Analyst II to perform financial and operational analysis of transportation services. The role supports pricing, revenue initiatives, and annual GRI planning, creating financial documentation for customer and internal decision-making.

The analyst collaborates with Finance, Sales, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accounts meet financial objectives and pricing strategies are executed effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in transportation, financial analysis, pricing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing account financial performance and profitability opportunities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance of accounts and identify profitability opportunities.
• Manage annual General Rate Increase (GRI) process for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate GRI information and timely execution.
• Prepare GRI calculations, supporting analysis, and customer documentation.
• Provide financial analysis to Commercial Team for pricing reviews and customer presentations.
• Perform shipment and track analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue risks.
• Review account performance and suggest improvements to revenue and margins.
