• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Planning or related field.

• Strong writing skills and clear communication are required.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Suite or Canva is a plus.
• Strong organization and time management skills plus a teamwork-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of integrated strategic communications products and services to transportation clients (DOTs, commissions, authorities).
• Help craft collateral explaining technical content for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with websites, videos, emails, social media content, presentations and meeting management.
