Job summary

TYLin International in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Practice Manager (Office Manager) to lead the City Solutions/Transportation Planning practice. This is a strategic leadership role designed to grow the West region through strong client relationships and project delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional registration preferred.
• Approximately 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or the public sector, including leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Established relationships within the Southern California transportation market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• The Practice Manager, West will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, oversee project delivery, and lead a high-performing team.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $216,000 – $240,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
