Our City Solutions/Transportation Planning team anticipates a Practice Manager (Office Manager) opportunity in Los Angeles, CA, within the next 3–6 months. We’re connecting now with experienced leaders who are ready to make an impact, build and lead a high-performing team, and help shape the future of our Los Angeles practice.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional registration preferred.
• Approximately 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or the public sector, including leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Established relationships within the Southern California transportation market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$216,000 – $240,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
