Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field; professional registration preferred.
• Approximately 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or the public sector, including leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Established relationships within the Southern California transportation market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
