Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a logistics planning professional to support daily transportation operations in Orlando, ensuring efficient routing, scheduling, and driver check-ins. You will monitor hours of service and use WMS and Paragon to optimize routes, while assisting with dispatch and maintaining customer relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 0–1+ years of planning experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus for preferred education.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily transportation operations including planning, scheduling manpower, equipment and clerical duties.
• Plans routes and assists with driver check-in and hours of service compliance.
• Conducts audits of software such as WMS and uses Paragon for route planning.
• Assists with dispatching routes and interacts with customers to resolve concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
