Job summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, a leader in Consumer Brands such as Persil, All, Loctite, Snuggle, and Schwarzkopf, seeks a transportation planner to join our Stamford, CT team. You will coordinate planning activities to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, partner with carriers, and resolve shipment issues.

You will monitor performance, analyze data, and drive cost and service improvements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and master data maintenance within our transportation function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation planning activities to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance.
• Partner with carriers and internal stakeholders to secure capacity and resolve shipment issues.
• Manage transportation exceptions, including rush orders, manual shipments, and service disruptions.
• Monitor carrier performance, investigate operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze transportation data, prepare KPI reports, and identify opportunities for cost and service improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, transportation master data maintenance, and planning optimization.
