May assist with filing and ensuring compliance with regulations. Preferred candidates have a Paralegal training program and at least two years of experience performing legal research, reading and interpreting laws, and preparing legal documents, with substitution options

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Paralegal (Legal Assistant) training program.
• Two years of paralegal experience performing legal research and preparing legal documents.
• Substitution options may allow experience in lieu of training/education.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal administrative support in a specialized legal practice area.
• Ensure documents are properly filed according to procedural rules.
