Job summary

Requires 2+ years in warehousing or transportation, strong communication, and experience with Manhattan TMS, Oracle, or JDA. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with base pay around $24.25/hr.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehousing or transportation.
• Ability to walk the cross dock floor and inspect trailers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (Manhattan, Oracle, JDA) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ownership mindset and self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assess loading quality of truckloads in middle mile network, including utilization, load securement, and packaging damage.
• Build partnerships with fulfillment teams to drive loading improvements.
• Communicate with truckload and small parcel carriers to adjust schedules and manage delivery performance.
• Update Manhattan TMS with truckload movements and milestones.
