Behavioral-Health-Allies seeks a Transportation Operations Manager to lead drivers, aides, coordinators, and fleet operations. You will focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across all transportation services.

With a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and financial stewardship, you will develop policies, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality care for students and families served by BHA.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Educational or Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or related field required OR 5 years related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience.
• Missouri Class E license with S endorsement, CDL with S endorsement, or equivalent with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily transportation operations to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Implement routing, fleet inspections, and staff training to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
• Lead with empathy and promote a culture of care in interactions with staff, students, and families.
• Develop policies, procedures, and training programs promoting operational excellence.
• Monitor and manage vehicle inventory and procurement of new vehicles and capital expenses.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets and forecast operational costs.
