Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead Supervisors, Drivers, and Carriers to ensure timely delivery to Distribution Centers. You will staff, train, and develop the team while monitoring productivity and timekeeping.

The role also requires adherence to delivery standards and regulatory requirements, along with managing driver schedules and hours worked. You will develop and manage the transportation budget, review invoices, and collaborate with plants and DCs to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of management experience.
Alternatively, High School Diploma with 8+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of management experience.
Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Supervisors, Drivers, and Carriers to ensure delivery to Distribution Centers.
Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members and monitor productivity and timekeeping.
Ensure adherence to delivery standards and regulatory requirements while managing driver schedules and hours.
Develop and manage the transportation budget by reviewing and approving invoices.
Collaborate with manufacturing plants and distribution centers to manage carrier relationships.
Other duties as assigned.
