Job summary

LABBB Educational Collaborative in Burlington, MA, seeks an Assistant Manager of Transportation to support the Transportation Manager in supervising LABBB's transportation network and internal routes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent transportation experience and at least 3 years in educational or private sector settings, with strong collaboration and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant transportation experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a public school and/or private sector environment.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, districts, vendors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing, assigning and managing LABBB’s internal van routes and schedules.
• Assist in implementing LABBB Transportation policies and procedures and verify compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the Transportation Manager and payroll processing.
• Serve as liaison with school districts and parents for complaints, concerns and special requests.

Education
