Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of delivery routes and ensure coverage.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regs and safety standards; maintain fleet safety.
• Be on call for off-duty hours and last-minute routes.
• Communicate within the transportation team and management.
• Enforce company policies and manage disciplinary actions.
• Apply knowledge of Drivers Handbook and backhaul procedures.
• Hire and road test route/logistics drivers.
