US Foods Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead drivers and transportation staff on a Monday–Friday schedule, with mid-shift onboarding and occasional early/late shifts during training. 3+ years of CDL-A driver oversight experience and familiarity with fleet operations are required.

The role emphasizes safety culture, coaching, performance management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet DOT and company standards.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience as a driver is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a safety mindset for all drivers and associates.
• Oversee and develop drivers and transportation staff through coaching and training.
• Manage performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Schedule shifts and drive transportation operations efficiency.
• Ensure DOT regulations are understood and followed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
