Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Familiarity with DOT rules and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation operations across Montana Materials & Construction.
• Coordinat e trucking resources and personnel to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise transportation staff and provide training and coaching.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety training are up to date.
• Review incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Report to Transportation Manager and collaborate with site teams.
