About this role

This role will support the analyst and planning programs for the Carrier Transportation Operation Planning team. This internship opportunity will support impactful projects that impact larger network initiatives for the transportation planning operation. This individual will gain exposure to working within the SAP Transportation Management platform and associated integrated products.

This is a Spring 2024 position.

Key Responsibilities

• This role will support the daily transportation planning and tracking processes to ensure on-time delivery at the lowest reasonable cost.
• Data analysis for project management and simulation testing for completeness and accuracy
• Research and develop process improvement during the implementation of applications.
• Measure and track key performance indicators for successful implementations.
• Produce implementation operating plans for future expansion opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional team members.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field
• 3.0 or higher GPA
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation/warehouse operations (preferred but not required)
• Ability to solve challenging and complex customer requests
• Knowledgeable in TMS/WMS systems
