Job description

Position Title: Operations Assistant

  • 4-day work schedule with 1 Saturday or Sunday off per week
  • Training schedule may differ from assigned schedule
  • Assigned schedule is subject to change
  • 40-hour work week

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as processing orders, producing, and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking
  • Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, handle clerical duties, and prepare information for operational reports
  • Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with multiple teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience
