TechVantage, based in Detroit, is seeking an experienced Transportation Manager who thrives on conflict resolution and decisive action. You will own project outcomes, manage the backlog, and collaborate across teams to ship reliable solutions with a focus on work-life balance.

In this role, you’ll mentor colleagues, ensure MI reporting accuracy, and drive timely decisions while maintaining TechVantage quality standards.

• Keep MI reporting accurate enough to bet decisions on.
• Read a Mentoring system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
• Catch the Decision Making regression a tired reviewer would miss.
• Meet established deadlines while upholding TechVantage quality standards.
