Clayton, a leading home builder, is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee shipping and receiving operations, manage internal drivers and carrier relationships, and control transportation costs to ensure on-time deliveries. You’ll lead a team, optimize routes, and support a reliable freight function in a growth-focused environment.

Transportation Manager oversees shipping and receiving operations — manages internal driver team, 3rd party carrier relationships, transportation costs, ensures freight moves reliably at competitive rates, and develops team members. Accountable for the performance of the transportation function: on-time delivery, cost per shipment, driver/carrier compliance, and the operational capability of the shipping/receiving team.
