Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, transportation, business, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with transportation planning and shipment coordination.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily packaged truck deliveries.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate shipment status, delays, and transportation issues with internal teams and external carriers.
• Coordinate pickups with manufacturing plants and shipping locations.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to meet delivery requirements.
• Tender and manage transportation orders using SAP and carrier networks.
• Build and manage transportation loads and monitor unrouted orders.
• Coordinate shipping schedules, customer add-ons, and load changes.
• Review, log, and approve carrier invoiced costs.
• Monitor transportation performance, cost, and service metrics.
• Escalate complex transportation issues as needed.
