Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
• Preparation for arbitrations and mediations.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Practice in transportation, general liability, or insurance defense.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions for transportation matters.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions on complex cases.
• Coordinate arbitration and mediation preparations.
• Advise clients on risk assessment and dispute resolution.
