Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial.
• Ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced civil litigation in areas such as professional liability, general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction and/or insurance defense.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions and draft dispositive motions.
• Prepare for arbitrations, mediations and trial.
• Advise and represent clients in professional liability and related civil litigation matters.
