You will be mentored by BGE professionals and participate in events, training, and intern-specific activities, while gaining practical exposure to engineering, project coordination, and real-world project delivery. Qualifications

• Must be full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development.
• Interns will participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.
