BGE, Inc. invites motivated students to join as interns in civil engineering, construction, landscape architecture, or environmental science disciplines.

You will learn on real projects, mentored by experienced engineers, and contribute to public and private infrastructure work. All interns participate in career development activities, events, and training, with a focus on building practical skills, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong communication skills in English and teamwork-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development. Interns will participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.

Requirements:

• Must be full-time student in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
