Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience on exciting transportation projects.
• Support roadway design projects of various sizes and scopes.
• Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer or Project Manager.
• Learn and perform assignments with software packages such as Bentley OpenRoads Designer and Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Utilize Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Assist Lead Engineer in preparation of permitting documents and drawings.
• Perform other duties as needed.
