Reliance Partners is hiring driven, results-oriented Sales Professionals to join our transportation and logistics insurance team. This role features a strong base plus an uncapped commission structure, with top performers earning six figures in their first year.

No insurance background is required—we'll train you from the ground up and help you build a book of business through proactive prospecting and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (insurance or logistics background is a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work in person at your designated Reliance Partners location.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you're building and managing relationships with clients across the transportation and logistics industry.
• You identify new business opportunities, understand each client's risk and coverage needs, and put together commercial insurance solutions that actually fit their business.
• You negotiate coverage and pricing on your clients' behalf, working closely with internal teams to make sure every client gets a great experience from quote to renewal.
• Growing your book of business means consistently prospecting for new opportunities and staying sharp on market conditions and product knowledge.
• You thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced, competitive environment, and you feel it when your hustle shows up in your commission check.
