Jamul Indian Village Development Corpora is seeking a Guest Services team member to provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to casino guests and team members at the Jamul location.
You will welcome VIP guests, verify identification, register shuttle guests, and ensure accurate entry into the player tracking system, while maintaining knowledge of casino amenities, promotions, and events. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
