Job summary

A leading engineering firm is looking for a Geotechnical Business Class Leader to drive national engagement in deep foundation design and construction. This role involves coordinating teams, improving technical competencies, and establishing partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and possess, or be able to obtain, PE registration in multiple states. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15 or more years of progressive experience in leading geotechnical design efforts.
• Active or ability to get PE registration in certain states within 6 months.
• Experience with geotechnical investigations for various construction types.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve technical competencies of geotechnical staff.
• Drive the geotechnical community of practice and establish partnerships.
• Develop marketing plans and participate in client interviews.
