State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) seeks an accomplished executive to lead its Bureau of Finance and Administration. This role provides strategic leadership over financial, contractual, administrative, and workforce operations to support CTDOT’s statewide transportation program.

The Bureau Chief will manage approximately 350 staff and oversee billions in operating and capital resources, guiding fiscal policy and organizational performance within a highly visible state

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years in fiscal/administrative functions e.g. accounting, budgeting, payroll.
• Three (3) years in a large-scale finance or administrative program in a managerial capacity.
• College training may substitute for General Experience; Master’s may substitute for one additional year.
