Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. invites a Transportation Engineering Intern to join our team in Tuscon, AZ, for the summer of 2027. This internship offers exposure to civil transportation projects supporting municipalities and public agencies, with hands-on work and mentorship.

You will assist in design, modeling, calculations, field data collection, and preparation of reports and specifications, using Bentley and Autodesk tools, with close supervision and a focus on skill development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil/transportation engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with Bentley or Autodesk software (MicroStation/OpenRoads/AutoCAD).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of transportation infrastructure.
• Prepare drawings, reports, memos and specifications.
• Conduct transportation design, modeling and quantity take-offs.
• Participate in field investigations and data collection.
• Support cost estimates and project scheduling.
• Review drawings for accuracy and standards compliance.
